Sherry Pitcock

Senior Consultant

Sherry Pitcock is Director of Business Development.

She has been a Realtor for thirty years, a manager since 1988 and a user of the Quantum Management material and systems for nearly thirty years. She is uniquely prepared to understand the issues involved in training new agents and working with managers to implement a successful program.

Sherry is one of our senior trainers as well.

Ellaine Calhoun

Operations Officer

Ellaine Calhoun is our Operating Officer.
She has worked with marketing material, video production, administration and accounting. As a result of her training skills, she also acts as the Trainer Certification, making sure all our trainers are continually certified.
